Return Eligibility (30-Day Window)
You may return items within 30 calendar days of delivery if:
- Products are unopened and in original, sealed packaging
- Products are unused and in resalable condition
- Products are not expired or near expiration
- You provide your original order number
We cannot accept returns if:
- Products are opened, used, or tampered with (health & safety reasons)
- Original packaging or seals are broken
- Return request is after 30 days of delivery
- Products are marked as "Final Sale"
- Products are damaged due to misuse or improper storage
How to Return a Product

Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Our team will review your request and issue an RA number
- Do not ship products without an RA number

Ship the product back
- Pack securely in original packaging
- Write the RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship to the address provided by our team
- Return shipping is paid by you, unless product is defective or we made an error

Receive your refund
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return
- Refunds go to your original payment method
- Email confirmation sent when processed
- Allow 5–10 business days for refund to appear in your account
Refund Amounts
- Full Refund: Original product price (excluding original shipping)
- Partial Refund: May be issued if product is resalable but not in perfect condition
- No Refund: If product doesn't meet eligibility requirements or return is unauthorized
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made an error or product is defective
- Customer pays return shipping
- Use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost/damaged shipments
Defective or Damaged Products
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send photos of product and packaging
- We provide a prepaid return label
- You receive a full refund or replacement
Wrong Item Shipped
- Contact us immediately
- We provide a prepaid return label
- Correct item shipped at no additional cost
Order Cancellations
- Before shipment (within 24 hours): Full refund if order hasn't shipped yet
- After shipment: Cannot cancel once shipped; you may refuse delivery
- Refund processed once returned; original shipping is non-refundable
